Exceptional service and wonderful staff.

We had a fantastic time exploring the South Indian Club in the hotel lobby, where the warm service made us feel right at home. The staff were incredible, accommodating our needs perfectly, especially with our little baby. It was a highlight of our stay!

In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly dining options would enhance the experience.

The stay included a very comfortable Standard Double Room, though some mold was present on the wall, which may not be ideal for asthma patients. Exceptional service by a friendly staff member made all the difference, addressing issues promptly. The hotel's location is great, with city landmarks and a variety of dining options within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the hand-pulled noodles at the hotel's restaurant, a delightful find during the stay.

Great spot for families! We loved the huge pool and the awesome spa options. The rooms were super clean and comfy. The nearby beach was a hit with the kids.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with free wi-fi and a lovely outdoor swimming pool, made my stay enjoyable and relaxing, especially being just 600 metres from the nearest metro station for easy city exploration.

I had a pleasant stay at Marco Polo in Dubai, with its prime location and friendly staff enhancing my experience. Although the room had a musty smell initially, the warm hospitality made up for it. I appreciated the cleanliness and accessibility throughout the hotel.

great access to attractions and dining for weekend wanderers

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how close I was to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, just a quick stroll away, and I loved the nearby places to eat, like the delicious Pak Al Safa Restaurant just around the corner. the staff were fantastic and always ready to help with anything I needed during my visit. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfort of my room, but the carpets could use a good clean as they had a bit of a musty smell when I first arrived.

The accessible design and lovely decor made me feel right at home, and the warm hospitality was truly heartwarming, especially how the staff attended to my needs during my entire stay.

Quieter dining space for seniors would be ideal.
